VCHHC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to plan, coordinate, and facilitate the organization of local government and non-profit human service agencies and housing development organizations to alleviate the plight of homeless persons in Ventura. It has functioned as the lead planning entity for homeless assistance in the County of Ventura since 1991.

VCHHC does not provide service to individuals.
